Question 1: What's included with every Install?

Custom-fitted lights, professional install and removal, an automatic timer, and neat, labeled boxing at takedown.

Question 2: Do I own the lights?

Yes. Everything we install and you pay for becomes yours. They’re custom cut to your home.

Question 3: Is there a charge for second story or steep roofs?

Working higher or on steeper pitches takes extra time, crew, and safety measures—so it’s a small + $1/ft adjustment to cover that.

Question 4: Do you do decorations, animatronics, or inflatables?

No. We specialize in professional-grade light strands only. Our work is focused on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and bushes, measured by the foot.

Question 5: Do you fix bulbs if something goes out?

Yes. We hand-check and screw in each bulb at install. If anything goes out during the season, we replace it free of charge.

Question 6: Is there a minimum charge?

We require a minimum of $300 per job. This covers the cost of lights, clips, timers, and labor. Whether it’s 40 feet of roofline or a mix of trees, bushes, and smaller areas, the minimum applies.

Question 7: What do I need to get started?


Before installation, we require a signed agreement form. This confirms your project details and allows us to order the right materials for your home.

Payment is collected after installation is complete.

The agreement form ensures your lights are properly customized and ready for install.

Question 8: How do I pay?

 We accept Venmo, cash, or check. Checks are verified on the spot via deposit to ensure validity. Payment is due after installation is complete.
